When creating Plan 011, we wanted to create a design that provides two separate courtyards to allow outside
living during different parts of the day. The narrow, centrally located living room, dining room and kitchen tie
two wings of the home together. One wing contains the private bedrooms functions while the other contains
the garage, mechancial room and guest suite.
This configuration creates a layout in the shape of the letter “H”. This is this plan is also affectionaly known as
the “H” plan.
